What size are the cards?
Our cards measure 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Post Cards are 4 x 6 and are printed on sturdy 14-point card stock paper with white envelopes.Once I place an order, how long before my cards arrive?
That depends on where you live. Orders almost always ship the day after we receive them. So a customer usually receives their cards within a week of faxing an order to us. Orders mailed to us, take a few days longer. What are the Return Policy guidelines? Seasonal products are non-returnable, other than for physical quality issues. Regular everyday orders may be returned for a full refund, if unopened and in new condition. Orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. If a design is not selling at all for you, we will do our best to resolve the problem. Most likely this would involve a credit for the cards that did not sell. How are orders shipped?
We ship orders using UPS Ground Service, unless other shipping request is made by the purchaser. In which case, we usually use the United States Postal Service. How much does shipping cost?
That varies with the size of the order and how far we have to ship the cards. We charge the UPS Ground rate.
Is there a minimum order amount?
For distributors only, our minimum order is $300.00.
